The core team of SaltShaker Ministries is made up of Erlan and Evelyn Gonzales Meneses, Bolivians living in La Paz.

Erlan has been involved in Christian ministry for more than twenty years. He has served as a pastor, coordinated events for young people, and worked with Christian organizations that promote the social action of the Church.
He has extensive experience in project management and development, and her passion is to see the Church of Christ united and fulfilling His purpose.
Evelyn has a heart deeply focused on caring for and serving pastors and leaders who serve others. This sensitivity has led her to carry out practical acts of service during the pandemic and, more recently, during the times of economic crisis our country has faced.
She is also passionate about seeing spiritual gifts put into action within the Body of Christ. For this reason, she promotes support for church planting in La Paz and other departments.

Erlan and Evelyn Gonzales are a husband-and-wife ministry team serving the Church in Bolivia alongside their daughters, Hannah and Zoe. Over the years, the Lord has led them to invest in pastors, leaders, young adults, and local congregations with one desire: to see God’s people flourish in the calling He has entrusted to them. Through pastoral ministry, discipleship, leadership development, and partnering with churches and Christian organizations, they have witnessed how God transforms lives when His servants are cared for, strengthened, and equipped for His purposes.
Erlan is a Missionary of Cold Cup of Water Ministries, a 501(c) 3 Public Charity.
Mauricio y Andrea Meneses
Mauricio and Andrea Meneses are full-time missionaries with CCWM. They have been married for more than twenty years, and beyond the blessings the Lord has allowed them to see and receive, their lives can be summarized in two words: love and service.

Over the years, they have served as directors of a youth training center, supported the administration of Casa de Esperanza, an orphanage located in Caranavi, and collaborated with schools and projects led by Christian organizations.
They are currently in charge of La Roca, a retreat house located in the southern area of La Paz, where they seek to provide spaces for reflection, rest, and restoration for the Church of Christ in La Paz and El Alto.
Mauricio also serves as Vice President of MINUVAF, a local ministry that carries out medical outreach and evangelism trips in the flood-prone areas of northeastern Bolivia. He also leads the Drop of Life project and supports a growing church plant in El Palomar, located about 45 minutes from the city of La Paz.
